Cancellation & Refund

All orders placed with Glogrow Ventures Private Limited are considered final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once payment is completed, as each product is processed, allocated, or begins production immediately after the order is placed. We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear videos of unboxing from start to end as proof. After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Refunds are not applicable for delays by courier partners, customer-provided incorrect address details, failure to accept delivery, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference. All refund and replacement decisions are taken only after a thorough review by our support team and will be considered final.
