By placing an order with GloGo by Glogrow Ventures Private Limited, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase, and orders cannot be canceled once placed; refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We deliver across India, and in rare cases where delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued. After dispatch, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control. If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer must record a video of unboxing from start to finish and return the product to us for a verified replacement. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 days after verification to the original payment method. By using our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only, and all content, images, logos, and designs are protected under copyright and trademark laws. GloGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the product.
