Shipping Policy

We ship PAN India and currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days after successful payment, and delivery typically takes 5–9 days depending on the customer’s location. We ship through Shiprocket (courier partners may vary as per service availability), and shipping charges apply unless a free-shipping offer is active at the time of purchase. Customers receive a tracking link once the order is shipped. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or any customer-side issue, the shipment will be returned to sender, and the customer will be required to pay re-shipping charges for dispatching the order again. After dispatch, we are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. In case of damage during transit, customers must provide a complete unboxing video from start to end for verification; once verified, a replacement will be issued as per our Replacement Policy.
